Who we are

What we collect
When you enquire we collect what you give us: your name, company, mobile number, email address, the course or service you are asking about, delegate numbers and location. If training goes ahead we hold the ordinary records of the engagement: attendance registers, assessment records where a course is assessed, invoices and correspondence.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, scope and quote training, deliver and certify it, invoice for it, and meet our obligations as an accredited provider, including records SETA, QCTO, the Department of Employment & Labour or the Department of Transport may require for the courses they accredit. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Accreditation bodies and regulators where a course requires learner records to be lodged; our email, hosting and messaging providers (an enquiry sent from this site travels via WhatsApp under Meta’s terms); accountants and advisers under a duty of confidence; and authorities where the law compels us.
How it is protected
Handled in line with POPIA. Access is limited to staff who need it to deliver the service, and information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary or as required by law and our accreditation conditions.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies at the time of publication. If measurement is added, this notice will be updated first and consent asked for where the law requires it.
Your rights & contact
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and accreditation retention requirements, and you may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
