Occupational Health & Safety Training (OHST) recognizes the complexity of tasks that need to be performed in industry and have developed a user friendly course to assist with performance and effective hazards identification. Once the hazards have been identified, the risk of doing that particular job needs to be calculated & analysed.
Elimination, mitigation and/or control of these of high ranking risks must be put in place before an employee can commence his job. A hazards identification and a risk assessment must be performed before any task can be performed, thereby reducing the rates of incidents/ accidents/ loss at the workplace.
